Shandong DMI Industry Group Co., Ltd. is a rapidly-developing industrial group enterprise focusing on comprehensive development of industrial real estate, with business in real estate marketing, engineering technology development management, and operation management. After the industrial park is completed and put into normal operation, it is expected to generate more than 5 billion RMB in revenue and more than 300 million in taxes, and provide more than 3,000 jobs locally. The Yantai Demai Shuangchuang Industrial Park project is located in the core area of Yantai High-tech Zone. It is strategically located, with "one center, two axes, three districts, and four areas" as the planning and design structure layout, creating an ultra-modern garden-style office area and residential area. Weihai DMI Future City project is located in the core area of Huancui District in Weihai. With a superior geographical position the district contains two innovation centers, commercial mall and cyberport theme block, as well as entertainment venues, a international medical center, education centers, and high-end residences.

Shandong DMI Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in Jinan, Shandong in December 2015 with a registered capital of 160 million RMB. DMI Information Industrial Park is developed and constructed by Shandong DMI Industrial Co., Ltd.

The industrial park is located in Jinan’s Huaiyin District. A key project of the Jinan Municipal Government, it covers an area of 445 mu, with a total construction area of 352,000 square meters and a total investment of about 1.52 billion RMB. Facilities include corporate headquarters, corporate R&D centers, national laboratories, overseas Chinese entrepreneurship incubators, standardized custom workshops and high-tech headquarters-support facilities. The park aims to promote the clustering of business forms for its core industry, driving innovative industry development through both innovation and capital, attract, integrating and promoting the upstream and downstream consolidation of the industrial chain, enhancing the convergence of resources in the industrial park ecosystem, and advance the industrial transformation and upgrading of Jinan. DMI Information Industrial Park is strategically located with complete supporting facilities and is the only industrial park in China to be given the distinctions of both National Overseas Chinese Dream Garden and Xinqiao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.

Yantai Demai Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by DMI Industry Group for the construction and operation of the company’s Yantai industrial park. It was established in January 2019 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB.

Yantai Demai International Shuangchuang Industrial Park is located in the core of Yantai High-tech Zone, with Chuangye Road to the north, Jingsan Road to the east, and the city limits to the southwest. The project covers an area of 210.15 mu, with a total investment of 1.61 billion RMB and a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters. The project boasts a superior location, beautiful natural environment, advanced infrastructure and convenient transportation. It is located adjacent to top academic insttutions including the Experimental Primary School, North and Yantai Second Middle School, and Beijing Normal University International School.
